It's not even Greek!

Dear all,

Please report to me, before going to outside works (DOPS). As per the
instruction with mr. Ranjit sir, I need take permission from concend
dio/dia for field work. So pls inform the work details in your
location, afterwise take permission from concernd dio/dia, after go to
the work. This is only to field work.

All engineers plan to your work it morning. (whatever works are pending
/ or need to complete on the day, please inform to everyday morning by
mail. (work plan including DOPS)

    Ha ha ha....Mururk himself will have to forward that ID. And Mr. Everyday must have a tough time checking all those mails.
