Any major down (Back bone links, server, ups, site, important virus affection, etc) happen in your duty time, please inform concern admins at any time and also informed the concern departments (Bsnl, Pgcil, Railtel, etc) and take token no. If it is not rectified within 30 minutes, please inform me also.

Virus affection is something new. I hope he shows affection towards H1N1 virus too.
