Insurance for WAN Links!

Dear All,

Monday (10.11.2008) onwards,Router and network devices are monitor
frequently in your location (locally). All fms peoples are insure all WAN
links connected to your location router must be upcondition for all time.
So pls monitoring frequently, if face any down condition please check with
bsnl and immdly reported to network admin or help desk
(Trivandrum)

"Please insure that router and network device are must be (7*24*365
days) ON condition."

    Insuring WAN is a good idea.. but the problem is that, who will pay the Insurance Premium for 7years...??? (ie.. 7* 24*365 = 7 * 1 year = 7 years)
